By submitting an order in the online store, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order with a second e-mail.

4. Prices and terms of payment

All prices include VAT and do not include shipping costs. The available payment methods are listed on our payment page.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. Information on our shipping costs and conditions can be found on our shipping page.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found on our returns page.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty rights shall apply. Our liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, provided that no essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health or guarantees are affected.

10. Final provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
